Display remaining percentage

What is the easiest way to display the remaining percentage of the following measure (ie. show 8% instead of 92%)?  Everything I've tried either returns the wrong value or applies a value to rows that should not be included in the report.  It's worth noting the measure below works exactly how I want it to.

Budget Used = DIVIDE(

    SUM('TimeEntries'[Hours Logged]),

    SUM('TaskAssignees'[Estimated Hours])

)

% Remaining  = 1 - [Budget Used]

This is what I ended up with.  Everything looks like it's working as it should.  Thank you!

Budget Remaining = IF([User Budget]>0, 1 - [Budget Used %], [Blank])

That was one of the steps I was missing!  Your first recommendation worked once I changed the formatting.  Now I just need to filter out the "100%" on the rows without any data.

Yes, I am trying to replace Budget Used with Budget Remaining.  Below is the results after adding in the measure you provided (Test Budget Used column).  I don't understand why it's not working.  I also need to figure out a solution that will not cause the table to include all of the tasks with empty data.

% Remaining = 
( 1 - [Your Measure] ) * DIVIDE ( [Your Measure], [Your Measure] )
