Display related records

Hello PBI Experts,

In my matrix visual, I have included the KPI status in red:

Is it possible to display the records comprising these red status in a table considering the filters applied?

Regards,

JorgeAbiad

Hi @JorgeAbiad ,

You could achieve this through Page Navigation  and Button.

Click the button then it will take it to “List of Products” page and it will show the same numbers.

Hello @JorgeAbiad

Simply create a table with all your records and then put a filter on this visual to only keep records where %Response Status = red.

Please accept it as a solution if it answers your need

Hello @AntoineTRICHET ,

Thanks for the reply. What I want to achieve is when I click on the Red circle inside a cell, then I will be redirected to another report showing all the records in a table visual. If possible, can it be also shown in a popup window.

Thanks,

JorgeAbiad

Hi @JorgeAbiad

The functionnality you need is drillthrough. Plenty of video explain how to do it (on Youtube), such as this one : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdBeJ8j98ME. You need to create a tab with the records table details you want and "activate" the drillthrough between the two visuals.

I hope it will help you.

Please accept it as a solution if it solved your issue
