Display only total lines in Matrix form

Hello Team,

The potential requirement would be to get in the report just the yellow total lines in matrix form( no need to display the details).

Is there any possible way can display only total lines in matrix?. Could you please help on this.

Hi,

 

According to your description, i create a sample to test:

Then try this measure:

_Sales = IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[Sales]),BLANK(),IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[Region]),BLANK(),IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[Country]),BLANK(),SUM('Table'[Sales]))))

The new [_Sales] shows no data but only total compared with original [Sales]:

Here is my test pbix file:

Do not put anything to row , just put in column and values
