Display number fields as slicer

Is there a way to display a slicer (slider filter) for number fields? For example, I have data where all values will be from 1 to 10 or 1 to 20, depending on the data source, can I have something that users drag to limit results between 5 and 15 for example? With the ability to choose an exact number for filters as well. Currently if I add a slicer as a dropdown, the experience isn't nice where users have to click the same value again to show all.

Yes.  Just add a numeric column into a slicer and choose Between in the dropdown.  Is that what you are looking for?
