I am building up a Dashboard to have a monthly update and i would like to display all months in the axis X regardless of the months have data to display or not. So basiclly, along the year with the updates the chart becomes more filled. Take a look for this example taken from Think-Cell tool:
Is it possible to pull this off on Power Bi?

Refer below screenshots for understanding the structure of tables.
You need to turn on "Show items with no data " for column in Axis.
