Display dates

Hello friends 

I would like to display my two end dates of my data on the  dashboard so that the end user can select date from there it self.

example. 

   Date  SampleDate Sample

If someone could could help me out

If you have Time dimension joined to date of all the facts. Use the date from it, as a filter and it will show the date range as a slicer. 

In case you have only one table, you use the required date as a filter. 

Let me know if that is not working.
