I have this pivot table based on my data model and built using explicit measures:
Pretty straightforward stuff. But I'd like to have 2 Grand Total rows. The first (as shown) is a straight sum of the column. The 2nd would be the column as a percent of the Default Price column. Something like this:
I created the example by positioning a row of calculations below my pivot. But I'd prefer if I could have them part of the pivot. Is this possible?

No. You need to fake it by positioning two visuals on top of each other.

I agree with lbendlin's reply. Power BI doesn't support us to show two kind of grand total at the same time. You can achieve your goal by tranforming and grouping two visuals.
