Display Sameperiodlastyear only

Hi I am tring to create sameperiodlastyear counts in a chart. I was able to achieve it in single chart however I am having difficulties to display only lastperiod counts skipping current year counts in a chart.

but I wanted to display in spearate chart showing only previous 12 months counts saying (Jul 2016 to Dec 2017).

Please help how to achieve this.

Hi @Anonymous 

 

Not sure if I understand your requirement correctly. It seems you are using a line and clustered column chart. If you only want to show SamePeriodLastYear value, you could remove CurrentCount field from the visual. Or you could use a simple line chart or column chart visual, and put only SamePeriodLastYear field into the visual.

 

As you want to show only previous 12 months counts in a separate chart, you could use the filter pane to filter the OrderMonthYear field on the axis. Thus only the filtered months will be shown on the visual. Add a filter to a report in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
