I am using table visualization in reports and i need to disable the access in which user comes to table, click the columns border and drag the line to right/left for making column size adjustments.

Based on my test , I is not supported yet in power bi desktop.You can come up a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.

In power bi service, you can make user can only view the report insteading editing it.
- For classic work space, set the user as a member and make your workspace be like that.
- For new workspace, just set the user as a viewer.
