I have a problem concerning segments, I created a sector segments and i disabled Select All and activated Unique Selection but the problem when i don't select any sector, automatiquelly it show me data for all sectors, is there a way to fix this ? i attached a picture to better explain

The table visual can't achieve your requirement. Please use card visual instead. Suppose the [National] is a measure, you can create a measure like below and drag the measure to the card visual:
Result = IF ( HASONEFILTER ( Table1[Secteur] ), MAX(Table1[National]), BLANK () )

You can modify your measure using DAX like pattern below and check if it can meet your requirement:
Result = IF ( HASONEFILTER ( Table[Selection] ), [National], BLANK () )
