Disable pop up notifications

Using direct query is causing a pop up notification with a warning and requiring an action to click "Continue".  This  seems to be preventing Power Update from refreshing the report. How can I turn off these pop ups?

We can't disable notifications. And it can't prevent updating. I think you need to check and fix the problem based on warning message.
