Different users publishing to Workgroup

Looking for some publishing help.  We are trying to get other departments to publish reports to a single workgroup but for some reason, they are not seeing the workgroup as a publishing option from the desktop application.  I have added them to the group and made them a group admin.   Seems as if it should be as simple as that, has anyone expereinced this that could shed some insight?  Currently all they see is their "My workspace" as a destination location
