Try with following

trade ups MEASURE =
VAR myindex =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[Tariff Level] )
RETURN
    [Current_Price_QF]
        - CALCULATE (
            [Current_Price_QF],
            FILTER ( ALL ( Table1 ), Table1[Tariff Level] = myindex - 1 )
        )

Try this MEASURE

trade ups MEASURE =
VAR myindex =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[Tariff Level] )
RETURN
    SUM ( Table1[Current_Price_QF] )
        - CALCULATE (
            SUM ( Table1[Current_Price_QF] ),
            Table1[Tariff Level]
                = myindex - 1
        )

Hi Muhammad,

just one thing: Current Price QF is a measure so doesn't really work that way.

I tried to sobstitute the measure with the source data but doesn't really seem ok.

Any adjustment?

@Anonymous

Try with following

trade ups MEASURE =
VAR myindex =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[Tariff Level] )
RETURN
    [Current_Price_QF]
        - CALCULATE (
            [Current_Price_QF],
            FILTER ( ALL ( Table1 ), Table1[Tariff Level] = myindex - 1 )
        )
