Difference and % change of Measure current and previous months

Hi.

I created a New Measure that find a balance of an account.

How do I get:

a) Difference between the current and previous months of the New Measure I created.

b) % change of the current and previous months of the New Measure I created.

The New Measure formula that I created is:

Cash Balance = IF(HASONEVALUE(DimDate[CAL_YEAR]), IF(VALUES(DimDate[CAL_YEAR])>= 2019,[Cash Balance X],[Cash Balance S]))

Try using DateMTD

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date Filer]))

Last MonthMTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date Filer],-1,MONTH)))
