Difference B/w POWER BI PRO and POWER BI Embedded

Help please,

We need to develop a report that will need to embed back to share point with all RLS features combined 

Got confused b/w POWER BI Pro and POWE BI embeded 

Even POWER BI Pro has 'Embed link for SharePoint (Preview)' option in POWER BI service caan we use that inorder to embed our report inside the sharepoint with all RLS features?

If yes then whats is the use of POWE BI embeded?

Please clarify.

Based on my test, RLS actually works for "Embed link for SharePoint (Preview)"

Power BI Embedded provides more budget flexibility as there's no license involved. It is charged by how ofthen the reports are viewed. Check more details on Power BI Embedded pricing.

Also, you'll have to concern that Power BI Embedded is only intended for use by external users and should not be used within internal ....

Can you please send me some steps about how we can create embed share point report with working RLS? thats helps me out

There's no specific steps. All RLS is configured in Power BI Service. Just embed the report in sharepoint online following this link.
