Diferenciate a measure

Hi experts,
i have and issue with some measure i think is because my db it´s not properly to the migration to BI
hope u can give some lights on this
i have the follow measures:

My problem is about the measure "COBRADO" the diference it´s not like it shows for febrero would be

723.13- 555 =168 and so

then i need to create a new measure called COBRADO2
and is like it follows in graph4
EXAMPLE = FACTURADO(ENERO) - PENDIENTE(FEBRERO)  = 822.03 - 555= 266
i´m clueless how to do that and my db doesn´t help i hope change some of the way it´s composed but now i need solve this before make a corect TIME INTELIGENCE related table.

@v-xicai  Hi sure i will explain again i need two measure that show the follow
measure1 =FACTURADO - PENDIENTE2DOMES and should show a visual like screenshot 1 with the next results

822.03-479mil for enero

723.13mil-555 mil for febrero

866.61 - 575 mil for marzo

measure2 = FACTURADO - NEWMEASURE? and should show like the second visual with the next two results

822.03 - 555mil for Enero

723.13mil - 575 mil for febrero

and the measures should be able to continue for the following months like

866.1 - ABRIL(nextmonthvalue) for marzo

i´m totally clueless how to do that but i know is for the way the db is composed so i need all the help till i can 
manipulate after the first presentation.
