Determine date value based on several rows

I have a data set that has a random number of rows per request. Each request can have multiple steps.

Each of the steps has a start date and an end date. This is an example of the data:

Request#TaskTask StartTask End
4356713/21/20193/23/2019
4356732/14/20193/25/2019
4356753/16/20193/17/2019
4356783/22/20193/22/2019
7723423/22/20193/25/2019
7723443/23/20193/24/2019
7723453/25/20193/27/2019

I want to measure the overall start and end time for each request. Is this best handled in M or DAX?
