Determine Trend Positive, Negative, Neutral over Time

Is there such a way to create a DAX measure in Power Bi showing whether TREND LINE (Slope?) is Positive, Negative or Neutral over time based on a value such as sales??

For example:

- I have filtered the DATE to be the previous 18 months

- For each company, during that time frame, I would show the Positive, Negative or Neutral TREND.

COMPANY      MEASURE VALUE      TREND

A                                x                         Positive

B                                y                         Negative

C                                z                         Negative

...

@pbeeyeqs  What is the trend based on? Is there a condition?

Sorry - TREND is a TREND LINE. Is the line (Slope) positive, negative or neutral.

I'll edit my initial question.

Hi @pbeeyeqs ,

Do you have a standard value to distinguish trend? For example, 80 is positive, 50 is negative and etc..

Can youplease post some sample data and expected result? Then we can help you as soon as possible.

Here's an example, say this represents 3 companies, the GREY line (Company A) is a positive trend over time, the ORANGE line (Company B) is a positive trend, and the BLUE line (Company C) is a negative trend over time.

My goal is to show all Companies with a Negative Trend (Slope).

COMPANY      MEASURE VALUE      TREND

A                                x                         Positive

B                                y                         Positive

C                                z                         Negative

Did you ever find a solution to this? Looking for something similar.
