Hi Team,

When I uploading one drive excel file into power bi then I am getting an error like Details: "Archive file cannot be size 0." in power bi.

How many size does this file has?

Since " Files that are 0 bytes in size can't be uploaded from the OneDrive website", please check if your excel file is empty.

When you connect to excel file stored on Onedrive with Power BI Desktop, please follow the steps below.

Use OneDrive for Business links in Power BI Desktop

Or 

PowerBI support for OneDrive Personal as data source
