Detail report Similar to Crystal "Detail report"

I have been using Power BI (Excel 2016) to create a detail report similar to the  Detail Section Output of a Crystal report.  

I have been avoiding  merging 5 tables together  to create a large Flat Table becuase i know this is not best preactice, But trying to Create a Detailed report via a Pivot table with 100K+ Rows, often results in Crashing/freezin/complications, and also the file size is very large. 

 

Ultimatley,the Final report (row level detail) is used to map Coordinates of  Crime incidents on a Map,( via ArcMap, which can't currently connect to .pbix files).

 

 Is there an ideal way to acheive this with Power BI? or perhaps another Software..?

Can you provide sample data? There are not necessarily 100% absolutes when it comes to best practices so it would be interesting to see the data you have.

 

There are a lot of various map visualiations in Power BI that you could use potentially, is there a specific feature of ArcMap that you need?

 

One solution might be to just create a Table visualization and export the data to something that ArcMap supports?

 Typically there is 1-2 Fact tables involving an incident, and 3+ Dimension tables that  have Details and Hierachies describing various Fields  from the incident table. The detail level I am describing are the Coordinate Data  (Latitude, longitude) which I had to put into Values Section of pivot table in order for the pivot table to generate data. otherwise What  am attempted is to create Detail report  from  the combination of at least 5 tables with merging them all ( I dont need to summarize an Values), Here is a screenshot below:
