Desktop report with local time including day light saving.

Hi Experts,

Raw data I use in report is in UTC time.

I want to display data as per local time(pacific time) including taking care of day light saving.

I checked couple of options in DAX but I am not sure how can I automate it for daylight saving.

Can you please help with this?

I tried this link but webAPI for getting time zone details(method 3) keep asking credentials and it doesn't work.In other two methods, coversion is hard coded.

Do you know how we can do dynamically?
