Desktop is not working properly

I am having a strange error with Power BI desktop. My screen is going crazy  I cant even work, can someone let me know what could be causing this?

@Hasan,

What Windows system do you install Power BI Desktop in? Do you run any anti-virus software on your machine? 

Also please reboot your machine and check if the issue still persists.
