Deploy Power BI in China Region

Hi Experts,

We have a multi-tenant ( embedded app owns data ) in the US (California). We are expanding our business in China.

There is a hard requirement in the contract is, Data should not go move out from China boundaries.

We are storing all data into AWS Redshift. 

We are in the Initial analysis phase that how we will utilize our existing reports and dashboard in China.

I want to set up Power BI China regions for

• Storage (Import mode)
• Embedded or Premium Capacity

But I can see there is not region listed for China.

Please suggest

• How we can use Power BI Embedded Reports or Dashboards in China?
• How we can restrict our solution within China's boundaries?
• Power BI cloud will work in China or we have to go for On-premises?
• Other suggestions in your mind, please mention here.

It sounds like you are faced with an issue to use power bi service in the China region. In fact, I already checked the related contents but not found any documents mentioned.  Maybe you can try to contact the MS China partner or Power bi team to get further support.
