Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm not sure how to write a measure that calculates the % needed of an item if it appears in multiple locations. It should deplete from the % needed until 0%. Example below:

Not sure what your table is telling us? Where does the % of stock used up, come from?

That's the column I'm attempting to fix, I want it to be 100% if all the qty in a location needs to be depleted for fulfillment, and then have the next row(s) be calculated based off of how much is left to be fulfilled.
So 825 qty needed - (288 + 288) = 576, so we need 249 more qty.
This is 37% of the 672 qty to fulfill the remaining.
Sorry for not using a simpler example, this is the current calculation I was actually dealing with.
