Delete users from workspace

When you remove a user from a workspace, if you have membership to a Role then it does not remove that user's permission to that role.

When you remove a member/contributor from the app workspace, he will no long have permission to access the content in your workspace. So what does "membership to a Role" and could you clarify more details about your issue?
