Delete Tabular Databse From server

Hi,

We are using dev server for developing and once we are done we some times right click the database and delete or Run Delete Script. But database are not deleted from physical memory (Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS11.TABULAR\OLAP\Data\). How can we delete Tabular Model Database from instance and server at the same time

Hi @vickyprudhvi,

Based on my test, when I connect to Analysis Services instance in SSMS and delete the tabular database, the database file is deleted from the location: Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS11.TABULAR\OLAP\Data\. After the database is deleted from the instance then refresh files in this location to see if it's disappeared.
