Default slicer value but still to select all

Hi all

Is it possible to set a default value to a slicer where it also is possible to select all?

I have a slicer where the user can choose the responsible for the cases shown in the report. My default value is that the user of the report. This is working fine but then I also need it to be possible to choose all the responsible on the list and show the data for all.

Hoping somebody has a solution.
