I have a report where management wants the default to be last 30 days but they also want the ability to change to a custom start date and end date. The second part of this ask makes it so that I can't use the relative date slicer. Is there any way to set the default for a normal date slicer but still allow the user to pick a specific date? I've looked around and it seems like several people have run into this issue with no luck.
The only thing I can think of is to have a toggle that switches the slicer from relative to custom but that isn't ideal.

Thanks Daniel, this is helpful. I'll submit an idea to add a default date range for the relative date slicer.
