Deducting a measure per weeks

New here, I need help please to sort out simple cumulative estimated inventory measure. Measure is Location Inventory + Open PO per week - Measure Sales/w (12w).  (See screenshot below)

When I try to deduct measure sales /w (12 w) I don't get the amount deducted per each week line. Can I do it in DimDate Table since I have all weeks there?

Your help will be much appreciated.
