Decomposition tree filters a slicer

Hi ,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can filter a slicer through the decompositoin tree.

i.e you work through the decomposition tree and as you select the different paths the slicer updates.

This would then allow for me to sync my slicers across multiple pages!

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Hi  @lukeSDM ,

Common slicer cant achieve your requirement, try custom slicer ,such as "Smart Filter Pro by OKVIZ".

And you will see:

before filteredbefore filteredafter filteredafter filtered

See attached for my demo.

Hi  @lukeSDM ,

Create a measure in the field of "Analyze" based on your requirement.

Hi @v-kelly-msft ,

Could you explain this in a bit more detail and maybe add some context.

Have you been able to get this work yourself ?

Many thanks ,

Luke
