I'm a little confused about the data. It seems this is transaction data. How do we know which date is the registration date for a new customer?

    Creation time is a registration date.

@Muthuvel_s , It has two-part, one that 1st month, 2nd-month formula

Taken the Min date as column and taken diff in month post that.

Here this can be as a new column

new column = datediff([reg date],[sale date],Month) +1 & " Month "
