Dax for cancellation rates (daily, weekly, monthly)

Need help! I need to compare the cancellation rates for each day/week/month.  see my sample data below

1. Cumulative Active = previous cumulative active + new signup - cancel
2. Cancellation rate (day) = cancel (day) / cumulative active 
3. Cancellation rate (week) = cumulative cancel (as that week) / cumulative active

@Ashish_Mathur  thanks so much.  but when we actually tryied we found a bit date issues, i've re-attached another sample which is exactly the same as our data,  could you please have a look?

So are you saying that all the numbers in the table below are correct or no?

I don't have GREEN columns in power bi, I need DAX to help me get those columns.
