a few sentences of explanation would help to understand the problem a little better.

Add the following calculated column:

Estimated hours per month =
DIVIDE(
    myTable[Estimated hours],
    DATEDIFF(
        myTable[Starteddate],
        myTable[Due date],
        MONTH
    )
)
