Dax Measure or Column for active datetimes this hour

Hi all,

I'm experimenting with data from my own agenda using the Microsoft Exchange datastream.
This dataset contains multiple meetings with start and end dates by the hour, so what i would like to do is check wich meetings are currently active for today in this hour.

Normally i would go for something like:
if(Calendar[startdate] = today(); "active"; "not active")
But this solution only checks the date, and not the datetime.

Anyone got an idea on how to achieve this?
Thanks in advance!!!
Stan

Hi @StanTheMan

Please see the below.

VAR dateTime = NOW()
VAR TimeStart = DATEVALUE(dateTime) + TIME(INT(TIMEVALUE(dateTime) * 24), 0, 0)
VAR TimeEnd = TimeStart + TIME(1, 0, 0)
RETURN
IF(Calendar[startdate] => TimeStart && Calendar[startdate] < TimeEnd, "active", "not active")

Mariusz

Hi @StanTheMan

The below code will give you current meetings

VAR CurrentDateTime = NOW()
RETURN
IF(Calendar[startdate] => CurrentDateTime && Calendar[enddate] < CurrentDateTime, "active", "not active")
