i need a trick so i can implement role access via power bi
i have 2 tables Offer and application

i want to add a column in the offer table where i can have the list of name per offer !
the results that i want is the following :
Can i do that with Dax or power Query please ?

Please try to create a calculated column:
Column = CONCATENATEX(RELATEDTABLE('Application'),[Candidate name],",")
Or you can create a measure:
Measure = CONCATENATEX('Application',[Candidate name],",")
And both of them show what you want:

Yours would be something close to CANDIDATE NAME = CONCATENATEX('Apllication',[Candidate name]," , ")
