Dates are columns, but I need to filter dates on my report.

My data is currently structured in a way where my months are column headers:

Store	Jan2020	Feb2020	Mar2020	Apr2020
A	50	40	30	20

where the values in the cells are sales data.

I'd like to turn it into:

Store	Date	Sales
A	Jan2020	50
A	Feb2020	40
A	Mar2020	30
A	Apr2020	20

so that I can add a date slicer visual on my report.

Any idea how I can get this done?
