Date slicer with default one month and also an option for custom date selection

I have the scenario where the date slicer selection should be this month default,
but if the user requires then he can select Year, Quater, Month hierarchy.
I am using the bookmark method to switch between default and custom dates.
I am using a relative date slicer for this month and a normal date hierarchy for custom date

but the problem is when I switch to custom date then the relative date slicer should be clear but then also the relative date is applied on the slicer.
is there any method that I can fix this
or a better approach to achieve this scenario

Hi @Surya9 ,

If you right-click on your bookmark from the bookmarks pane, you can change how the bookmark behaves.

I suspect that if you uncheck data it might have the desired effect, but you'll need to test.

Please use bookmarks to achieve this. Learn how bookmarks work because they have many features about which you certainly don't know. They can interact with the visuals and data in very different ways. Look for videos on bookmarks from The Guy in A Cube on YT.
