I'm trying to get the number of days on the date slicer to compute a measure by group show it on a chart.
As a measure this is not a problem.
The chalange is how to get the number of days and use it on a calculated table?
I added the file with an example.

You want to get the date interval within the date range selected by slicer, right?
If so, please use:
Datediff=DATEDIFF( MIN ( 'Date'[Date] ), MAX ( 'Date'[Date] ), DAY))
