Hi everybody, I have a difficult task and dont know how to start with it.
I have 3 Tables (I show only important columns)
Tickets
- TicketID
- CreationDate
- CustomerID
Customers
- CustomerID
- Customername
Calls
- CallerNumber
- CallInDate
- CustomerID
I wanted to create a report with some call and ticket statistics.
I created the relations and added the customer name slicer and everything works fine.
Now I wanted to add one date slicer that filters all the pages for a specific frame (i.e. one month)
I know it would be possible to have interactive relations between the dates and a seperate calculated calendar table but then I cant use the customer relations in the visuals.
The function I actually need is: Apply this slicer for "those" multiple columns
I currently have no clue on how to proceed further.
Does somebody has an idea?
Thanks in advance!

Nevermind, I researched a lot, then I just thought, whasn't there the slicers synchronisation view...?
Now I got it working..
Solution:
- Created a calculated date table
- Added a slicer for the date table
- Added a slicer for the ticket creation date and for the call in date
- open view > sync slicers
- advanced options > add group name (date_group)
- checked sync field and filter changes with other slicers
- hide the ticket creation date slicer and the call in slicer
- finished
