Date slicer Hierarchy intersecting a period

Hello,

I have two date fields : StartDate and EndDate.

I would like to add a date hierarchy slicer, on wich when you select a filter (year, month or even a day), it would select the lines that will intersect the period defined by StartDate and EndDate.

For example, I choose "march 2019", it will show every line where at least one day of march 2019 is between StartDate and EndDate.

I hope my problem is clear to everyone!
