Date select and label translate issue.

We have a project which needs to cooperate with Chinese partner. We have a .pbix file created from Chinese language PowerBI destop, and when we edit it with our destop client in en-us language pack, we find all the table headers, and selectors related with date have the translate issue. 

They are still in Chinese, we cannot change them into correct language.

I've got response from the Product Team.

This is currently by design. We've created a Design Change Request in the internal system for tracking.

I have reproduced the issue on my environment. I will report this issue internally and post back if there is any feedback.
