Date row to column

I have a standard spreadsheet I need transformed but I am stuck.

Row of dates on the top, first column is names, second column is tasks, then each column is the amount of hours dedicated to a task on a corresponding date. I need to make this in to more of a relational database format to use in Power BI, I thought I had done this before but can't remember.

Hi @dbragdon314,

On the query editor you need to.select all.date columns and then unpivoted them this.will give you two.columns one with dates and the other with values.
