Hi,
I have two marketing campaign reports which are created in two different pages in power BI.
Report 1: Total revenue generated by lead under each campaign based on the date range selection. this date range is the date when lead come into the system
Report 2: Total revenue generated by each campaign based on the date range of campaign start date and end date
Data for both of these reports coming from two different calculated tables.
i have a special requirement here as, when date range is selected on any one of the report, 2nd report should automatically pick up the date range by excluding the date period which is already selected on first report.
For example, if i filter the slicer for 1st report from apr-20 to jun-22, then the 2nd report should automatically select the data with the date range as jan-17 to Mar-20.
Please let me know is there a way to make it possible in power bi.

Hi @unnipbi123
Thanks for reaching out to us.
According to your description, the date columns in these two slicers are two separate columns, so the date range in the first slicer cannot affect the date in the second slicer. As an alternative, you can create a measure that prompts the user for a date range that the second slicer can choose from.

@unnipbi123 , I doubt that is possible with Range slicer.
In other slicers, we can control the data, but we can not force selection based on another visual. I discussed example here - Select data between months - https://youtu.be/nEt7dT3Tfv4
