We are have a problem with braziliam dates..its show up in Calendar..( day 03 , month 11 , year 19 )
it doesn't filter for day 03,nov ..
The right visual i've created an new column with the date but text format, and it shows the date.
example:

I test this in my environment, I find that when I change timezoe to Braziliam, I have the same experience as you(the axis is incorrect, nut the tooltip is correct). I am not sure whether this is an issue. I suggest you could post this in issue forum .
By the way, one workaorund is that you could use text in axis, then set it sort by date(click DataDaxText then change sort by to DataDax), then click option in chart to set sort->DataDaxText

In your chart, the date column is the date type? If possible, could you please inform me more detailed information(your sample data and your setting in report)? Then I will try to reproduce this in my environment and help you more correctly.

Yes...my column is in date type in the left visual.
uploading example, i did the sample in Calendar (from dax) and in List.Dates( from M )
