Hi.
I have a Golden Dataset published to Power BI Service and then another Power BI file using that as a data source. When I publish the Power BI file to a workspace the members who are status "member" can’t view any visualizations but when I change them to "Admin" they can see the visualisations.
My golden dataset has RLS in it, but it's not related to any of the visualizations that are used in my Power BI file. Also, the Members in the workspace aren’t assigned to the roles either. The RLS is only for two rules and it doesn’t show certain whole datasets by having DAX that is <> to a value that is referenced on each line of the data sets.
Why is it that the member status plays a role in being able to view a completely unrestricted report?
This is the error message.
