Using the FORMAT function I was able to format a date correctly and upload it to the Report Server.
However, after performing the scheduled update it returns to the system default, even if the FORMAT function is there.
My formatting: 15/01/2020 23:55:40
Standard formatting after scheduled update: 01/15/2020 11:55:40 PM.
I don't see how to fix it because the FORMAT function works correctly, it is the server that changes after updating.

Hi , @Anonymous
Are you referring to Power BI Report Server incorrect date formats?
This may be caused by the browser’s internal locale settings, such as google and bing, both of which use US settings by default.
You can check the solution in this related document.

Connect via Oracle.
Can I see your FORMAT function please!
Note that some DAX formulas are not supported in Direct Query or Live connection mode.
So I am Guessing that Report server Format is prevailing.

1. Create a blank query. 2. I converted to table. 3. I created a measurement with the FORMAT function. And everything works fine, even after sending it to the Report Server. The problem is after the scheduled update, where the date is in the American standard form. And I'm in Brazil.
In Power query, the step before converting your date column to date try this step
Click on Using Local
I didn't find Brazil in the list so try to find a locale close to your date format
Let me know
