Date format showing incorrect in only one table

A strange one on date formats.

I have several tables/queries in a Power BI file that have dates.  They are all showing correctly in all but one table.  I am in the UK so want format to be DD/MM/YY but this one table is shwoing the dates in US format.  I have checked the query and the date is showing in the correct format (and I have even added a line to set locale to UK) but the desginer windows shows the date in US format.  I am unable to change the format in the modeling tab as it only shows me US formating options.

I havent seen this before and am a bit stuck to know what to change

Thanks in advance

Paul

I have a similar issue. Althoguh formatted as UK date (dd/mm/yy) when I view my report in BI Services the slicer uses US date format (mm/dd/yy). have tried using different browsers but still appears the same.

I'v the same problem

The table I used is a calculated crossjoin of 2 tables. In the first table the datefield is formatted dd/MM/yyyy. In the crossjoin the field is formatted M/d/yyyy. I can not format it as desired dd/MM/yyyy.

I've not seen this problem yet. I just downloaded the februari update. Perhaps it's only a problem with the dateslicer?

and a colleague too, it looks like the new update has a bug which displays dates in US format in the desktop, however it goes back to UK in the service... needs a fix

That is very strange behavior, particularly the fact that you don't get the other date formats in the model.

Yes it's very strange behaviour.  As an example this a table from the data showing the date from the table in US format and the date from my Date Table in the correct format.  Any one have ideas?
