Date format in measure

Hi All,

When i create this measure (for use in visual title):

Update = LASTDATE(Tickets[TicketDate])

Output is 7/12/2019 (==> dd/mm/yyyy this is the format I want)

When I change my measure to

Update = "Balbla blabla " & LASTDATE(Tickets[TicketDate])
the output is Balbla blabla 12/7/2019  ==> Notice that the date format has been changed to mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy)

What can I do to prevent this?

Thx
