Hello,
I am new to Power BI. I have a table which I want to display on a chart sorted by date (on a quarterly basis). however, when I chart the table, the date displayed on the chart does not align with the table date. The issue is illustrated by the screenshots attached below.
The table Month/Year is not aligned with the column chart. The table shows 'March 2018, June 2018, September 2018, December 2018' while the column chart shows 'May 2018, July 2018, Sep 2018, Nov 2018'.
This is not a chart width issue as I have tried maximizing the width of the chart and it shows the same result.
Any advice? Thank you.

It appears as if you are using Date in your table and Date Hierarchy in your column visual. You can change this by clicking on the little drop down arrow icon on your Date field in the Fields area of your visual and selecting one or the other.
