Date difference between two columns and consecutive rows

Hello,

I'm looking at analysing a database that is being produced by a machine with each row representing a new job. The machine outputs into two columns a start time and end time.

What I would like to calculate is the difference in time between when job 1 ends and job 2 starts. This will allow me to analyse what the turn around time of each job is. This would be easy to do in Excel (e.g. C3 - D2) however the raw data is in an Access database file.
